Revamping the existing brand, starting with the website, we focused on customer usability and accessibility. Our sunroom building process is efficient and simple for the homeowner and we wanted to match that with our website, planning and process as well.

Research revealed that although brand recognition was low, customer satisfaction was high. Creating a user path via the website that would allow for home owners to have all the information they need in an otherwise complicated process, would create a honest process for acquiring the best sunroom in the market. With a clear visual and verbal language, there is a trust that is built between the customer and the dealer.

The 2019 LivingSpace Sunrooms Dealer Summit is an event for premier partners to learn how to better operate their sunroom dealership as well as a thank you for their partnership. The 2019 summit focused on the most pressing sales, profitability, technology, best practices, social media and other emerging issues in LivingSpace operations today through social hours, select speakers, and relevant vendors.
